INTRODUCTION
1.1 PREFACE

With the shifting surfaces from past to present, the ever increasing demand of commodities is well cater by the boon in the industrial sector. The industrial environment has a mechanical driven chassis powered by electrical instruments in the earliest; but now a days it is gradually overtaken by electronic systems which although do not totally replace it, but is very successfully coordinating and stands to be complementary working force.
With the advent of the day to day use of microcontrollers in various walks of life the gaining momentum of electronic systems designing contributing towards the industrial infrastructure proves to be the outstanding feature or technically revolutionized companies.
As the hunting for the most efficient usage of remote sensing in auto parts so used especially in the assembling department of the factories are at the high , hence they subsequently calls out a need for the large sale installation and implementation of the same. If a successful impulse of such is made in the companies in the country like our; then definitely we will be glittering in the race of the competitive techniques among the other nations of the world.
The “Industrial store keeping using autonomous guided system” rinds its initial usage in the factories where the parts assembling is done. It lays an emphasis on the manual work replacement by the machine most popularly known as robotic arm in a well prescribed format with the automatic guided vehicle ‘
In a brief outlay , its spectrum encompasses various works which otherwise is being hindered by the man’s physical limitation to work continuously .The powerful ,compact and systematic follow-up or the entire system distinct it ,so that the time hurdling as a limiting factor for the work completed per day can be overcome .The cumulative effect of such a system will not only upgrade the standard of the processing but also proves its mantle in the increased production rate thereby supplementing the ever increasing demand.
1.2 MOTIVATION
Most Industrial Robots work in auto assembly lines, putting cars together. Robots can do a lot of this work more efficiently than human beings because they are so precise that they always drill in the exactly the same place and they always tighten bolts with the same amount of force no matter how many hours they have been working. Manufacturing robots are also very important in computer industries, it takes on incredibly precise hand to put together a tiny microchip this urges a need for the making of robotic arm, which forms, one of the four essential part of our system likewise the automated guided vehicles (AGV) can carry load or to which they can automatically attach. Hence AGV can increases efficiency and reduce cost by helping a manufacturing facility or ware house. Apart from AGV servicing for a dedicated work, it can be utilized in the mean spare time for the transportation of materials by providing it a bifurcated path which it tracks to go from its initial position.

1.3 PROJECT WORK SIGNIFICANCE
Industrial robots are designed to do exactly the same thing in a controlled environment over and over again, like for example with reference to the project topic if the programmer guides the arm through the motion using a handheld controller, then the robot stores the exact sequence of movements in its memory and does it again every times a new unit comes down the assembly lines, hence they can be replaced by the human operators engaged in onerous, repetitive or potentially hazardous jobs. Thus a particular point in favor of robots is that they can be taught to do jobs which are not amendable to automation or mechanization and through conventional approaches.
Regarding the project topic we will be working out a lower cost version of AGVs which are usually guided by magnetic tapes, but we usually guided by RFs therefore here we intend to use frequency select mode and path select mode for an assembly line, transport goods throughout a plant or ware house and deliver loads to and from stretch wrappers and rollers conveyors and so can be successfully implemented and utilized as an essential part of our system.
