Hi am Sangeet Bhandari, i would like to get details on indian electricity rules 2012 pdf free download.
I am an electrical engineer and working as a manager in a firm. I want to download it.

The Indian Electricity Act of 1910 deals with provisions relating to the supply and use of electric power and the rights and obligations of persons authorized under Part II of that Act for the supply of energy.

The Indian Electricity Rules of 1956 are framed under Section 37 of the Indian Electricity Act of 1910 to regulate the supply, transmission, generation and use of electricity. The primary measures necessary to be taken in the construction, installation and maintenance of the transmission, distribution, generation and use of electricity and the precautions that must be observed in the performance of any work related to such facilities, avoid any type of electric accident.
