*Article 18 abolishes titles, except military or academic.
Six Freedoms
Article 19 guarantees six fundamental freedoms to all citizens.
(a) freedom of speech and expression
(b) to assemble peacefully and without arms
©to form associations or unions or co -operative societies,
(d)to move throughout the territory of India
(e)to reside and settle in any part of the territory of India
(g) to practice any profession or to carry on any occupation, trade or business.
Three Protecters
*Article 20 grants three kinds, of protection against arbitrary and excessive punishment to an accused person, whether citizen or foreigner.
(I)No ex-post-facto law
No person shall be convicted of any offence except for violation of a law in force at the time of the commission of the act nor subjected to a penalty greater than that prescribed by the law in force at the time of the commission of the act.
(II)No double Jeopardy
No person shall be prosecuted and punished for the same offence more than once.
(III)No self - incrimination
No person accused of any offence shall be compelled to be a witness aganist him Self
