Ninety Ninth Amendment Act 2014
*It came into force on 31st December 2014 provided the appointment of National Judicial Appointments Commission (NJAC)
*The NJAC would have replaced the collegium - system for the appointment of judges. But on 16th October 2015, the five judge constitutional bench of Supreme Court ruled that 99th constitutional amendment act is unconstitutional and strikes down NJAC
One Hundredth Amendment Act 2015
*Provisions regarding Land Boundary Agreement (LB A) between India and Bangladesh. The LB A envisages a transfer of 111 Indian enclaves to Bangladesh in return of 51 enclaves to India. It got residential assent on 28th May 2015.
One Hundred and First Amendment Act 2016
*Provision regarding Goods and Service Tax.
*For special provision with respect to GST,Article 246A inserted
*For Levy and Collection of GST in course of inter-state trade or Commerce Article 269 A inserted
*It got Presidential assent on 8th September 2016.
