INCREMENTAL MODEL ON MEDIA PLAYER
Definition of Incremental Model
> The incremental model combines elements of the linear sequential model with the iterative philosophy of prototyping.
> Incremental model is used when the staff is not sufficient. As in my project staff is not sufficient I developed basic needs of the project.
^ In First Incrememt we are giving the basic structure for the media player.
> it consists basic features like file options, opening a file, playing an audio and video files,
^ volume controls: increasing,decreasing and mute options.
^ it also provides user mannual and help.
BASIC MODEL OF PLAYER
1. it can play audio songs with format mp3 only.
2. it can play video songs of format mp4,avi and mpeg only.
3.it also consists basic user manual and help options for guiding the beginers.

^ In this increment we add new features that the player can support more format files
like : .avi, .rmvb, .vob, .flv, 3gp formats which are not supported in first increment.
^ in first increment player appearance is in simple view, but now in this incremental we are providing several skin features.
^ the user can also download more skins through online.
^ This increment also add feature of visual effect.

y the previous model supports only for windows xp and below version operating systems
y in this increment we can install in any type of operating system like xp,vista,win7,unix and linux.
y it has another additional feature auto update, using auto update user can update the player to new version and also latest skins and features.
y the player can also used for capturing audio and video frames.
y it also supports snapshot while a video is playing.
