Hi ,
i am kirti mhatre , i would like to get details on impact factor pelagia research library (advances in Applied science research and European journal of experimental biology). My friend justin said impact factor pelagia research library will be available here and now i am living at Mumbai and i last studied in the college Institute of science and now doing Phd i need help on impact factor etc.

In the present investigation the hydroethanolic extracts of the leaves of Vitex negundo (blue and green color) were evaluated to obtain the dose of Vitex negundo (green and blue) against Russell's poison (Daboia russelli) and Naja's venom najas its antioxidant, antiplatelet, antihemolytic and antivenom potential in vitro against the poisons of Naja naja and Daboia russelii. Preliminary phytochemicals were carried out followed by GCMS analysis to identify possible chemical compounds. Both extracts exhibited free radical scavenging effects against the DPPH, OH-, NO and H2O2 radicals depending on the concentration. However, the blue sheet of V. second exhibited a better sweeping effect compared to the green leaf. Several pharmacological potentials such as antihemolytic, antiproteolytic, antifibrinolytic and inhibition of phospholipase A2 were evaluated and the potential for neutralization of venom effective after in vitro treatment with the leaf extracts of Vitex negundo was demonstrated. The findings of the present study revealed that the blue leaf extract of Vitex negundo has exerted potent antioxidant and poisonous neutralizing effect compared to the extract of green leaf. This could be due to the presence of various phytoconstituents in leaf extracts, both blue and green, that would help to develop potent antidote therapy against the poisoning of Naja naja and Daboia russelii.
