A number of methods have been proposed to reconstruct an image from randomly detected measurements in a compressive manner, but most of them have a high complexity of time and are inappropriate for the capture of compressed sensors based on patches, due to their blocked artifacts serious in the results of the restoration. In this paper, we present a non-iterative image reconstruction method based on random measurements detected by compression based on patches. Our method presents two cascaded networks based on a residual convolution neural network to learn complete end-to-end image restoration, which is able to reconstruct image patches and eliminate the effect of blocks with a low cost of time. Experimental results on synthetic and real data show that our method outperforms state-of-the-art compression-detection (CS) reconstruction methods with patch-based CS measurement. To demonstrate the effectiveness of our method in a more general configuration, we applied the unlocking process in our method to the removal of JPEG compression artifacts and also achieved outstanding performance.
