About BTS Program:
BTS stands for Bachelor of Arts in Tourism Studies. This is the School of Tourism and Hospitality Services Management (SOTHSM). It's a 3 year program. The total credits for this program is 96. It is available in both media. Students can apply for admission to this course through the online mode. It is designed for those students who are interested and want to make a career in the travel and tourism sector at different levels. The main objective is to familiarize you with various aspects of tourism, raise awareness about tourism, provide basic training in the organization of tourism services and open career opportunities. It is very useful for those who are associated with the tourism / research awareness programs and wishes to update their knowledge and skills in the field of travel and tourism. This program, like other Bachelor's programs can be completed in minimum (3 years) and maximum (6 years). All candidates need to complete 96 credits to qualify for BTS grade. Name of Program: BTS - Degree in Tourism Studies
Media: The media is in both media: English, Hindi
Eligibility Criteria: All applicants who wish to enter the BTS course must have 10 + 2 or their equivalent or BPP of IGNOU
Duration: Minimum: 3 Years, Maximum: 5 Years If this is not completed on time, students need to re-admit and re-submit charges again.
Age Bar: There is no bar of minimum and maximum age
Rate structure: For the full program, the fees are Rs 7,500 / - which has to be paid year wise @ 2,500 / per year. According to the latest brochure, the tariff structure varies from year to year. Therefore, we advise you to contact Center of Studies / Regional Center.
