Abstract

Without silicon electronics is unbelievable, but with the development of diamond or carbon chip it will be true. Now one day we are using silicon to manufacture electronic chips. There are many disadvantages of IT when it is used in electronic electronic applications, such as bulk in size, slow motion speed etc. The carbon, silicon and germanium periodic table are related to the same group. Their outer shell has four magnification electrons, pure silicon and germanium are semiconductors in normal temperature. Therefore, in the earlier days they are widely used for electronic equipment manufacturing. But later it was found that germanium has many disadvantages compared to silicon, such as large reverse current, low stability for temperature etc. Using wafers using silicon in the industry, researchers now find that there is more profit than carbon silicon. Using carbon as manufacturing material, we can get small, fast and strong chips. They are successful in making small prototypes of carbon chip. They invented a key component using "carbon nanotube" carbon, which is widely used in most modern microprocessors and will be a major component in the diamond chip
