Scissor lifts are electric, gas or hydraulic platform mounted on folding arms. It is used to provide elevated work areas or to raise or lower loads or materials. The elevators are custom made. They are available in different sizes, shapes and capacities. The weight ranges from 100kg to 20 tons and the maximum height can be as high as 10metres. Depending on the customer's requirements, the lift tables can be tilted and rotated. They are certain types of scissor lifts that are especially suitable for mezzanine floors as well as shops or stores located on a slightly higher level of land. Few devices touch the ground surface, so heavy loads can be rolled over it and then raised to a higher level.
