It consists of two cylinders connected by a pipe. The cross-sectional area of one cylinder is ten times greater than the other. The hydraulic oil, the piston and the rings are placed inside the two cylinders. The user can apply force on the large cylinder (Conductor) and may surpass the force of the small cylinder (Impulse).
A metal piece in flat form is connected to the piston in the Driven cylinder. Just below the metal piece, a work piece platform is fixed. The workpiece to be bent or folded is placed between the metal part and the workpiece platform. When the user presses the piston on the cylinder of the engine with a certain force, a force ten times greater is supervened in the driven cylinder. The piston in the driven cylinder is moved downwards by pressing the workpiece. Thus, the user can bend or remove the curve in a metal with little effort.
The main objective of our project is to manufacture a hydraulic jack operated for the purpose of bending pipes and bending the machine. Hydraulically operated equipment is used in different fields. In a car the hydraulic jack is raised to grease the work. Stepping on the brake pedal creates hydraulic power, which stops the rotation of all four wheels or two wheels to stop. In order to eliminate the curve of the pipes, rods and hydraulic bars bending the extraction machine is the most suitable equipment. To remove the curves of the pipe or rod that is supported between the matrix supports and the jack is driven into the pipe. It exerts force on the pipe and bends it to a suitable angle depending on the used dies. The hydraulic folding machine consists of hydraulic jack, die holder, pulley, slipper, wiper motor, and spring. The actuation of the hydraulic jack is simple and reliable to maintain. In industries, hydraulic flexing and curve removing machine is portable, it is a flexible and less expensive. Therefore, it is better to replace conventional machines by flexing hydraulic pipes and machine bending machine automatic folding machine does not require any maintenance and use of energy. During mass production it can be converted into an automated or electrically operated jack so that the production rate can be increased. Applications of bending machines are found in the production industries, auto shop, etc. now a day focused on automation. This project is intended for the operation of bending pipe by means of automatic use with the help of the wiper motor.
