What do I need to get started?
An Internet-capable cellphone with Internet settings
An active SIM card that has been enabled for data
Network connectivity with an Internet APN
How do I set up my device?
Get the perfect start-up. We’ll help you set up your email and Internet on all the latest devices available on the Vodacom network.
Internet Starter Pack T&Cs
Internet starter pack - SIM only terms and conditions
1. The SIM only internet starter pack includes
Sim card
Data bundle allocation
2. The data bundle is pre provisioned on the enclosed SIM card
3. The SIM card will be provisioned with the Vodacom 4 Less tariff plan.
4. The default Vodafone 4 Less will allow the customer to make voice calls as well.
5. The voice calls will be billed at the current Vodacom 4 Less tariff rates.
6. The Data Bundle allocation will be activated upon activation of the SIM.
7. The monthly applied bundle will be a Broadband Standard once-off bundle of 100 MB which is included as part of the starter pack purchase.
8. The customer will receive an SMS confirming the allocation of each monthly bundle
9. The out of bundle rate will be R2.00 per MB VAT Inclusive.
10. Standard roaming rules apply.
11. The first 100 MB will be loaded upon activation of the SIM card.
12. The 100 MB will be reloaded on the Customers SIM Card every 30 days (from initial allocation) for a 12 month duration
13. Multiple additional once-off data bundles may be added to this bundle.
14. If the customer number gets deactivated then customer will forfeit all benefits of the starter pack
15. If a customer migrates the prepaid number to contract/Top up then all the benefits will be forfeited
