"HOSTEL MANAGEMENT SYSTEM" is a software developed to manage various activities in the hostel. In recent years, the number of educational institutions is increasing rapidly. Therefore, the number of hostels is also increasing for the accommodation of students studying at this institution. And therefore there is a lot of tension in the person who is running the hostel and the software is not generally used in this context. This particular project deals with problems in the management of a shelter and avoids the problems that occur when handled. Identifying the drawbacks of the existing system leads to the computerized system design that will be compatible with the existing system with the system being more user friendly and more GUI oriented.
