The LM324 / LM324A, LM2902 / LM2902A consists of four independent high gain amplifiers internally compensated for operational amplifiers that were specifically designed to operate from a single power source over a wide voltage range. Operation of split power supplies is also possible as long as the difference between the two supplies is from 3 volts to 32 volts. Areas of application include transducer amplifier, DC gain blocks and all conventional OP Amp circuits that can now be easily implemented in single power systems.
