I have a credit card and was missused 2 years back I have lodged police complaint after 8 months and in compromise i got a cheque for the amount which was dishonored I have a case against the person which is still pending in the court of law.
For the past 2 years I am paying the bank minimum amount as per their statement . Now as I am unable to pay the minimum amount also . I request to allow me discount on total amount payable as I am ready to close the card or Instalments without intrest.
At the same time I want to know what is the rate of interest on over due payment.
