I am Sarath doing my btech degree in tkm institute of science and technology.Now we are doing our mini project "government office locator and complaint management system".What are the contents that can included in our project?Please give me some suggestions.Abstract is given below
ABSTRACT
The project entitled GOVERNMENT OFFICE LOCATOR AND COMPLAINT MANAGEMENT SYSTEM is a web site which enables the user to locate various govt. offices and can post complaints. This site provides complete details on the location, contact address and site map of the selected office. Address and contact details of the important persons are also available at this site. User can post complaints against the selected office currently. We have to check various websites for getting information about different offices. Our project is designed to get all information under one site.
This online system or agency is to help the citizens to apply for their government records like driving license, voter’s ID card, PAN card etc and register certificates like birth, death, marriage etc.
The primary objective of this web site is to give awareness about the government or legal documents and its registration details as well as to help to register or apply for those documents. This is also help to register or apply for those documents. This is also act as a consultancy agency to assist the public. The main purpose of the web site is to reduce effort by the candidate and save his time and avoid unwanted rushes at the govt. offices and assure a smooth working schedule at govt. offices.
