Hi am Shubham I would like to get details on future scope of dtsi. I searched on internet about future scope of dtsi & I think will be available here. I am living at Pune India and I am studying in the college Zeal College Of Engineering & Research, Pune. Now I need help for seminar topic.

It is very interesting to know about complete combustion in automobile engineering, because in actual practice, perfect combustion is not at all possible due to various losses in the combustion chamber as well as the design of the internal combustion engine. In addition, the combustion process of the fuel is also not instantaneous. However, an alternative solution is to make the fuel combustion as fast as possible. This can be done by using two spark plugs alternately sparkling in a certain time interval to increase the diameter of the flame and burn the fuel instantly. This system is called DTSI (Digital Twin Spark Ignition System). In this system, due to the twin sparks, the combustion will be complete.

The Twin Spark digital ignition engine has two spark plugs located at the opposite ends of the combustion chamber and, therefore, rapid and efficient combustion is obtained. The benefits of this efficient combustion process can be felt in terms of better fuel efficiency and lower emissions. The spark ignition system Twin is a digital system with static spark advance and no moving parts subject to wear. It is mapped by the integrated digital electronic control box that also handles fuel injection and valve timing. It has two plugs per cylinder.

This innovative solution, which also includes a special configuration of the hemispherical combustion chambers and piston heads, ensures a fast and wide flame front when the air-fuel mixture is ignited and, therefore, less ignition advance, Relatively poor mixtures. This technology provides a combination of light and double the power offered by two-stroke engines with a considerable increase in power, ie a considerable "power-to-weight ratio" compared to many four-stroke engines.

In addition, such a system can adjust the idle speed and even cut off the fuel supply when the accelerator pedal is released and measure the air-fuel mixture enrichment for cold start and acceleration purposes; If necessary, it also prevents the upper limit of revolutions from being exceeded. At low revolutions, the supercharging is mainly used when it is advanced, and that is why it is automatically cut. At higher speeds, the boost will increase the maximum power supply and remain lit while the driver exerts maximum pressure on the throttle.
