Gearless transmission which is a compact and portable equipment, which is skillful and is having some practice in the transmission power at right angles without the gears being manufactured. Transmission without gear also called elbow mechanism.
The gearless transmission mechanism transmits the power of the input shafts to the output by means of sliding links forming a rotary torque with the hub. Bonds bent at the required angle inside the holes in the hub. Therefore, as the holes in the input shaft rotate; It pushes the links and, in turn, rotates the output core. This mechanism can be used as a replacement for bevel gears in low cost and low torque applications. It can transmit at any angle from 0 to 1800.
The use of gears is costly and also decreases efficiency. The advantage of the gearless transmission is that it can transmit the power at any angle without using any gear. The gearless transmission is an ingenious linking mechanism of the principle of the slider and the kinematic chain.
