The passport automation system is used in the efficient sending of the passport to all applicants. This system takes a holistic approach to minimizing manual labor and scheduling resources, time in a convincing way. The core of the system is to obtain the online registration form (with details such as name, address, etc.) completed by the applicant whose will is verified by its authenticity by the Passport Automation System with respect to the information already existing in the database . This is the first and foremost step in processing the passport application. After the first round of verification conducted by the system, the information is in turn sent to the regional administrator's office (Ministry of Foreign Affairs). The request is then processed manually based on the report given by the system, and any identified loss may cause the applicant to be punished by law. The system also provides the applicant with the list of available dates for the "document verification" appointment in the administrator's office, from which they can select one. The system sends the necessary details to the police for verification separately, whose report is then submitted to the administrator. The administrator will receive an option to display the current status of the application to the requester, which can be viewed in its online interface. Once all the necessary criteria have been met, the original information is added to the database and the passport is sent to the applicant.
