To achieve progressive sustainable development in all regions of the world, attention must be diverted to the health of a population. All sciences contribute to the maintenance of human health and to the practice of medicine. Medical physicists and biomedical engineers are professionals who develop and support the effective use of this science and medical technology as their responsibilities to improve human health with the new development of medical tools such as electrocardiogram (ECG). Cardiac disease is a broad term that includes several more specific heart diseases that are coronary heart disease, heart attack, acute coronary syndrome, aortic aneurysm and dissection, ischemia, arrhythmias, cardiomyopathy, congenital heart disease, peripheral arterial disease. The common heart condition is coronary heart disease, which can lead to heart attack and other serious diseases and myocardial ischemia is the most common cause of death in industrialized countries. The electrocardiogram (ECG) is a non-invasive and record of the variation of the biopotential signal of the human heartbeat. The non-invasive technique means that this signal can be measured without entering the body at all. The electrodes are placed on the wearer's skin to detect bioelectrical potentials emitting the heart that reach the surface of the skin. ECG detection that displays heart information and cardiovascular condition is essential to improve the patient's quality of life and proper treatment. It is valuable and an important tool in diagnosing the condition of heart disease. Numerous investigations and algorithms have been developed in recent years to analyze and classify the ECG signal. The classification method that has been proposed during the last decade and in evaluation includes digital signal analysis, Fuzzy Logic methods, Artificial Neural Network, Hidden Markov Model, Genetic Algorithm, Support Vector Machines, Self-organizing Map, Bayesian and other Method with each approach exhibiting its own advantages and disadvantages
