From a small shop for the production of gears, founded in 1951 by Mr. Carlo Graziano, today GRAZIANO Trasmissioni is an important European Company, which is continually expanding. This is due to SAURER AG, a Swiss industrial group, worldwide leader in the production of textile machines.SAURER intends to develop GRAZIANO Trasmissioni as the second business unit of the Group and since 1992 it has permitted a strong policy of investments for growth in its internal structure.Over 2200 employees work in GRAZIANO Trasmissioni Group, the turnover is over 250 million euro of which 70% is for the export.
GRAZIANO Trasmissioni specializes in mechanical components for the automotive market and has acquired a world leadership position over the years, as manufacturer of gears and components. Due to the updated and innovated technologies and the high level specialization, today GRAZIANO Trasmissioni is one of principle suppliers to the main manufacturers in agricultural tractors, earth moving machines and industrial vehicles and also for passenger cars in the 4WD applications during the last few years.

2006
Opening the plant in Cerveny Kostelec (Czech Republic), focused in gear manufacturing and automotive AWD transmissions.
2006
The SAURER Transmission Systems Division (Graziano Trasmissioni) has been expanded with the acquisition of Fairfield Manufacturing, a US market leader in manufacturing custom gears and special drive solutions for heavy duty Industrial and Off-Highway applications
2005
Opening of the plant in Suzhou (China), focused in assembly transaxle and transmission for Material Handling Market.
2001
Acquisition of Magnetto Group Gear Division. Growing up of Graziano Trasmissioni Group as worldwide leader in gearing components
1999
Foundation of Graziano Trasmissioni India and building up the Plant to produce synchronizers and gears for agricultural sector
