Our client is a leading global FMCG company that owns many household consumer brands and operates in 150 countries. To increase consistency, maximise value and drive down cost, the client decided to centralise its HR sourcing and globalise the methodologies and core processes of its HR development practices worldwide. The world's largest consulting firm was brought in to manage this initiative on the client's behalf.
The client's main objective was to ensure that their managers across the globe were equipped with a consistent set of skills and a common language, enabling them to effectively tackle the business challenges they face. Prior to the initiative there were as many as 650 different suppliers providing management training, so the achievement of consistency was a key driver.
What was delivered?
Following a complex selection process TACK was selected as a key partner to develop the management capability for the client globally, over a 7 year period.
