Management principles developed by Henri Fayol:
Division of work: To ensure that special efforts have been focused and focused on the tasks, the work should be divided into individuals and groups. Fayol has presented the best way of using the organization's human resources.

Credit of personal interests for common interests: The interests of a person should not be preferred over the interests of the whole organization
Reminder: Many variables, such as cost of life, supply of qualified personnel, general business status and success of business, should be considered in determining the salary rate of an employee.
Intermediate: Fayl defines centralization in terms of reducing the importance of subordinate role. The degree of decentralization is increasing, the degree of centralization or decentralization should be adopted, depending on the specific organization in which the manager is working.
Scottler Chain: The hierarchy is part of a series of managers such as the authority level Each manager, who is with the President from the First Line Supervisor, has the exclusive right to the President; the President has the highest authority; First line supervisor should at least lower level managers always inform top level managers about their work activities. The existence of a scalar chain and its implementation is necessary if the organization is to be successful

Equity: All employees should be understood as much as possible.
Stability of the person's responsibility: Maintaining productive employees should always be a high priority of management. Recruitment and selection costs, as well as increase in product-declined rates, are usually associated with the recruitment of new workers.
Initiative: Management should take steps to encourage worker initiatives, which are defined as new or extra work activity done through self-reliance.
