This Ezee Mail system is designed to provide a channel of communication within an organization between different clients (organizational staff) in the network. The main goal of the project is to develop an Ezee Mail system that improves communications between members of the organization in a reliable, cost-effective and secure way. Thus, it helps the organization to improve the performance of its teams in the corporate sector. This system design should be able to provide users with the following facilities:

The system will accept emails from authorized users that provide security. Sent messages will be delivered to the appropriate person only. It provides the facility to check the messages of the respective folders. Effective communication has become an integral part of today's organizations. The rapid development of intranets can provide construction and design teams with an innovative tool to address these growing communication challenges.

A project-specific intranet uses a database server to store information about mail and organizational information, such as user details, including personal information and information requests. Team members can then access this information using the Ezee Mail System. As information changes, server content can be easily updated with new or revised data.

This flexible approach allows geographically remote project teams to access timely, consistent and accurate information without costly charges, printing, distribution and mailing.

This Ezee mail system is to provide a communication system in an organization, which takes the opportunity to establish the channel to send and receive information between users. The main goal of the project is to develop an Ezee Mail system that improves communications between members of the organization in a reliable, cost-effective and secure way. This helps the organization to improve the performance of its teams in carrying out the work of organizing the corporate sector. This system design shall be capable of providing the following facilities to users.
