This Ezee Mail System is designed to provide a channel of communication within an organization between different clients (personnel of the organization) in the network. The main objective of the project is to develop a fully functional Ezee Mail system that improves communications among the members of the organization in a reliable, cost-effective and secure manner. Therefore, it helps the organization improve the performance of its teams in the corporate sector. The design of this system should be able to provide the following facilities to users:
The system will accept emails from authorized users that provide security. The messages sent will be delivered only to the appropriate person. It offers the possibility to review the messages of the respective folders. Effective communication has become an integral part of today's organizations. The rapid development of intranets can provide construction and design teams with an innovative tool to face these growing communication challenges.
A project-specific intranet uses a database server to store email information and information about the organization, such as user details, including personal information and information requests. Team members can access this information using the Ezee Mail system. As the information changes, the content of the server can be easily updated with new or revised data. This flexible approach allows geographically remote project teams to access timely, consistent and accurate information without costly composition, printing, distribution and mailing costs.
