To be a leading Teacher Training and Education Centre.

Develop holistic Primary School teacher through consistent quality training to face and adapt to the challenges of the Society.
Motto
100% Discipline, Diligence and Dedication.
Core Values
In their administration, the Xaverian brothers ensured core values were inculcated in the programme. Trainees were taught the following values:
Christian values such as respect, honesty, faithfulness, self – control, fear of God, commitment, positive attitude, cooperation, patience, perseverance, transparency, accountability, courage, truthfulness, orderliness, cleanliness, obedience, initiative, being proactive, hardwork and integrity.
They were encouraged to discover talents and utilize them maximumly for their survival, steer the College to greater heights and community entertainment.
Eregi TTC had its motto with three values of 100% Discipline, Diligince and Dedication. By Discipline, it means the training should be done in an orderly way. Diligence refers to steadiness and remaining focused in one’s work.
And Dedication calls for total devotion to the work a person is doing.
To them Education was holistic whereby it embraced academic, spiritual, physiological, emotional, social and moral dimensions.
