Hi am Shahirah. i would like to get details on embedded automatic washing machine program ..My friend said embedded automatic washing machine program will be available here and now i am living at Perlis,Malaysia and i last studied at Port Dickson Polytechnic and now am doing 8085 microprocessor mini project. The design uses the PIC18F series microcontroller. All system control features are built around this. Uptime is the unique feature of this system. Control card hardware and software allows the manufacturer to add or remove features according to customer requirement and model. Thus, once the whole system is designed it is very economical in large amount of production. The single-phase motor is considered for design. The front panel consists of a keyboard and LCD screen. The keyboard provides automatic and manual washing options to the user. The LCD display is convenient for transporting information from the machine to the user. Another design option is to use brushless DC motors or three-phase induction motors. These types of engines are very efficient but require a complex control algorithm. To implement a complex algorithm and real-time dedicated controller and software it is necessary for a master controller to control. Although cost is an important criterion, modern washers are designed with BLDC motors because of the efficiency and conservation of energy. But in this assignment the single-phase universal motor has been used to design the prototype because of its simplicity.
