Abstrct:
This project is aimed at developing a Effort Tracker System that is of importance to an organization. The Effort Tracker System is used to track the employee activities and summarize all related activities with the total hours spent and percentage efficiency utilized and generate a report for the same. This project is basically developed the IT organization. In IT organization should have programmer,HR,Accountant,SystemAdmin,etc….. Everyone have some task or activity to do it. For example programmer have some task like training,developed project,interview,seminars and so on…
MODULES:
Admin:
Admin has the rights to create user and task , only he has the ability to add/modify/delete the task, he will the final reports submitted by employees.
Superior:
He will assign task to employees based on employeeids,he will guide the employees to do the work,he will see weekly reports and send mail to employees about report
Employee:
Employee is registered with his personal details,superior will assign task to employee,he will see and enter taskduration,he will take superior guidance to do the work,he will view submitted and non submitted reports,he will modify the non submitted reports,request for new task
EXISTING SYSTEM:
Existing System has no chance to see the weekly reports by superior, and no chance to missing timesheet submittal, In this project no guider to guiding.

Plan for Accomplishment:
The system to develop will be dealt across the following stages:
1. Analysis à Study of the requirement and collection of raw data.
2. Design à Prepare the logical design diagrammatically to propose a solution.
3. Implementation à Develop the application using the .Net framework.
4. Testing à Test the implementation.
The implementation since uses the .net framework, it involves the OOPS methodology. A bottom up approach is used for the solution. The application revolves in the prototype model.
