Real estate market place “ Transacting properties online

Background
The objective of the project is to design and develop one stop solution for trading properties online. It bridges the communication between real estate agents, Builders and retail buyers/sellers. The system can be used to store the profiles of agents, builders, buyers, sellers and the properties to be transacted. Buyers are the customers who buy new or resale properties where as sellers are builders (for new properties) or people reselling their existing properties. Agents can also post buy or sell request on behalf of their customers (buyer, seller, builder). Property can be villas, independent houses, or apartments.
