E-Transactions



Objective:

Providing an Internet based application for supporting the E-Business and thus changing the way people conduct their Business utilizing the latest developments in the field of computer technology. E-transactions are a lot quicker than shopping at the mall, because you can do them without leaving your home.

E-Transactions are internet-based transactions performed electronically by individuals, companies, corporations, and government which use Internet e-Card system to make the payments while purchasing over the internet. E-Card is a prepaid card denomination through their bank accounts. The E-Card provides the users a secure payment structure without any misuse of their account. The security is maintained by providing the customer with their personal identification number. And E-Transaction is not only buying and selling of goods via the internet, beyond that it is one that executes exactly-once despite failures. E-Transactions are any form of data transaction, including financial and knowledge management


Existing System:

Existing system is not providing secure registration and profile management of all the customers properly.
This system is not providing on-line Help.
This system doesnâ„¢t provide tracking of users activities and their progress.
This system is not providing transactions for the customers.
This system is not providing online renewals to the cards.
The system is not maintaining transaction reports.
Proposed System:

The development of this new system contains the following activities, which try to automate the entire process keeping in the view of database integration approach.

This system maintains customers personal, address, and contact details.
This system will provide on line help and search capabilities.
User friendliness is provided in the application with various controls provided by system rich user interface.
Authentication is provided for this application, only registered customers can access.
The customerâ„¢s information files can be stored in centralized database which can be maintained by the system.

The system after careful analysis has been identified to be presented with the following modules:

Authentication and Security Module
User Module
Admin Module
Card Module
Suppliers Module
Reports Module





Authentication and Security Module

In this Module, the users of the system are identified with their username and password and thereon users are given proper access according to their privileges.

User Module

The Customers and suppliers can access their account information and they can view the details of their personal information and contact details. The users can modify the personal and contact details of their in this module.


Card Module

Distributor gets ID and PASSWORD by ISP by making successfully login validation. Distributor can view a window consists of following things such as product list, client list, cards, apply for cards.

a. Transaction Management
b. Shopping and Payment
c. Card Renewals

Administrator

The Administrator is a main part of an organization that he may organize all the Users and Suppliers information. This administrator plays the main role in this system, here we are considering that he should maintain all information of the users and admin can also update and delete the users details..

The Administrator generates the transaction reports, products information and product maintenance.

Suppliers Management Module

This module consists of the suppliers and their information. The suppliers can view, update their personal information and products information. The suppliers also can take their transactions strategy of their products.


6. Reports Module

In this Module, the User and Administrator can generate the different types of Reports according to their access. The User can generate his/her Transaction Report, etc. The Administrator can generate the Transaction Report, Product information Report, Suppliers Report, Customer Report, etc..
