Employee Transfer Application
The employee transfer application may be used when requesting a transfer to a position for which you qualify. Substitutes, Hourly employees, and Hourly Temporary employees may not use the employee transfer application. E/P Scale positions are not eligible for transfer consideration. All interested employees must complete an Administrative/Technical application for any E/P position. Employees that are currently in part-time positions and wish to apply for a full-time position must use the Employee Transfer Application.
Employee Transfer Application instructions and requirements:
Employees must first register with the application system or use their previous online application information to complete and submit the employee transfer application.
After logging into the application, select Employee Transfer Application, then click start.
Fields marked with a red arrow are required. The system will not allow you to submit your application until all required fields are completed.
Employees must select a specific position from the list of current positions in order for the transfer application to be considered complete. Transfer applications submitted without a specific position selected will not be eligible for transfer consideration.
Dates must be entered in the formats indicated. If a field asks for a whole number, you cannot enter a decimal point or it will be returned with an error message.
Upon completion of each page within the application, use the Continue/Save button at the bottom of each page. If you do not use the Continue/Save button your information will not be saved. There will be a list at the left to keep you informed of your progress.
To apply for a specific position, please select that position from the drop down menu of open positions in the employment preferences section of the application.
When all sections are complete, click the SUBMIT button and your application will be sent to Human Resources.
You must successfully submit your application before it will show in the system.
You may return to your application at any time to make changes, additions, or to apply for another posted position in which you are interested.
Upon successful submission of your online application form, you will receive an email confirmation.
