Abstract

Implementation of leave management along with online time attendance system makes the time attendance and leave management complete, elaborative and meaningful.

You can manage different types of leave such as Annual Leave, Sick Leave, etc. You can organize and manage the employee opening and entitled leave. You can keep record of leave taken. Alternatively, leave can be applied online and can be approved from the email as well. This help to find out the employee leave taken & proposed and planned leave. Finally, it helps to find out the leave balance of the employees. This leave report gets merged with the reports of attendance system and give meaningful results.

Further, you will be able to manage the official visits of the employees. The official visit plans and applications can be managed, applied and approve from email. Same as the leave record, the offical visit report also merges with the attendance system and help to get accurate and complete attendance reports.

The attendance system along with the leave management system gives detailed information about the employees on attendance, leave and official visit. This will help you to manage to plan/approve the employee leave as well.
