This is a software which can be used by a Icon tiles for keeping the records of tiless which is to be oredered by costmers. It helps to keep a record of all the transactions and a password login is created for security.
In Regularly system we do not have to maintain everything manually. Through this system if any costumers ordeered any tiles it is corresponding entries is done automatically because database management system gives facility of having relationship between the table. In this system we have to enter a code of tile and an Id of costumer then after it will give to entry in data base.
In this system no worry about take burden for faculties and also management because it is very secure…….
In manual system we have to maintain order of tiles, bills etc. In manual system we make four entries for any one transaction in different tiles.
system deals with the give order and take order of tiles..
It contains various forms and reports with different function. It has the menus created for different forms and reports. When you click the menu, It opens the related forms about the tiles .
It will also gives costumer information when you enter just Id of tile and it will also take the tiles information when you give book code to the system.
There are many activities that can be computerized in this widely spread organization.
Computerization of this must fulfill the requirements of working staff due to effective work of computer in terms of efficiency , speed , accuracy , storage capacity and quickness.
Even though in is costly it is recommended the computerization of the Ticket Issue Process.
