This system of maintenance of a society is done in such a way that solves the most common problem faced by residential societies. Using this system Advance payments or partial payments can easily be written down and tracked against any floor. They require coordination between the respective management companies, together with the providers providing these services, so that adequate convenience can be provided. Using this system, the administrator can select and send emails / SMS reminders to the defaulters about the payments that will be made. The main functionality of this project is that there is an online billing and accounting. In this system invoices, receipts and vouchers are created easily, the system is easy to use. Admin can also track expenses with this system. The administrator can retrieve the report of the expenses that includes the invoice of the service providers.
