Automatic parking system is a very good substitute for parking area management. Since in the modern world, where space has become a very large problem and in the age of miniaturization has become a very crucial need to avoid wastage of space in modern, large companies and apartments, etc. In the Space where more than 100 cars should be Parked, it is a very difficult task to do and also to reduce the waste area, this system can be used. This automatic parking allows the parking of vehicles-floor after floor and thus reduce the space used. Here any number of cars can be park according to requirement. This makes the systems modernize and even save space. Automatic parking system here we work on the idea of showing the parking number available on the parking site. In this when you at the parking site, you see the number of parking slots and available parking slots at the entrance door. If parking is available, the door is open for a few seconds and that particular slot is marked unavailable. When leaving this same process is followed and particular slot is made available to the next customer.

Now a Day Car parking in malls and markets is becoming a big problem and is causing traffic jams. To avoid this problem we are designing this system to indicate empty slots and filled slots, so that a car driving person can directly carry his car to that particular empty slot. We will indicate the state of the slot by the LEDs and also on the LCD screen. We will use infrared sensors to detect the presence of automobiles in the slot.
Operation: When a car enters an empty slot, the photo detector output will be converted to '1', this will change the status of the slot to be filled, otherwise it remains empty. As for example all the slots are detected by IR sensors.
