After the independence of the Zimbabwe in 1980, the Government realized that there is a high demand for teachers that people were not the "Bush" because of the end of the war, where he created a direct boost in the creation of centres of learning of teachers.
In Arcadia, was where a former color predominantly neighbourhood housed Morgan High School. Government then decided to convert the boarding school of the high school as well as its facility in Morgan Zintec Teachers College dining.
Its doors open in 1981 after 3 Inns, 3 houses of the staff and the dining room in the Intergrated course Zimbabwe National Teacher education (ZINTEC) which to this day still works closely with Morgan High School.
Training and the pressure was to develop frameworks that would be willing to work in rural areas that the need for the institutions of learning in these areas has been (and is still) high
