INTRODUCTION
The purpose of industrial Training is to provide exposure for the students on practical engineering fields. Through this exposure, students will have better understanding of engineering practical in general and sense of frequent and possible problems. This training is part of learning process. So the exposure that uplifts the knowledge and experience of a student needs to be properly documented in the form of a report. Through this report, the experience gained can be delivered to their peers. A properly prepared report can facilitate the presentation of the practical experience in an orderly, precise and interesting manner.
PROJECT DESCRIPTION
ABSTRACT:

The JOB CONSULTANCY SYSTEM is Intermediate between Jobseekers and Employers. The purpose is to enable the Jobseekers to search for the jobs from any remote location. The Jobseeker can Search for the jobs from any remote location. The Jobseeker can Search for the jobs which with the Consultancy without actually visiting the Consultancy.
Obtaining a Reg. No and Password, the Reg. No being unique does registration for the Jobseekers as well as Employers, who intends to access the Consultancy online through web. After the Employer gets his registration confirmed, he/she can post jobs according to his requirements.
This Site Provides Good Study Material to Jobseekers. Thus providing good subject to Jobseekers, who are preparing for interviews?
INTRODUCTION:
The main objective of Job Consultancy is to make easy for job seekers for searching jobs and recruiting for companies. It acts as a mediator between the jobseekers and companies. Companies ask required number of candidates and consultancy for wad the list of candidates to the company. It also sends a list of companies to jobseekers to which are recruiting.
For a new user or general user there are various modules helping him for entering into consultancy. For a new user he has to enter their details according to the registration form. He has to select is own registration number through which he has to login.
There are several modules that work once when the user is logged in with his registration number and password. The user can choose any of the components displayed and can avail the services according to his need.
Username and password is given for each user so that the messaging servlet recognizes them as user. Multiple logins with same identity is not allowed.
MODULES :
This project is developed for job aspirants who are in search of suitable job. This project will be helpful for fresher as well as experienced professionals. It keeps track of strong reputation for a systematic and hands-on approach to Human Resources Consulting. It also undertakes to manage the needs for organizations particularly small/medium and start-up companies on an outstanding basis.
Job consultancy acts like a mediator between job seekers and company. It helps the job seekers to register themselves and searching for the job posted by the companies.
Companies also register in the consultancy for posting their requirements. They also seeks the job requirements posted by the job seekers and accordingly to them choose their candidates.
Thus job consultancy provides a platform for both company and job seeker to serve their requirements.
This project contains 6 modules:
1. Job seeker registration form
2. Employer registration form
3. Employer login form
4. Employer searching job seekers
5. Employers and job seekers password changing facility
6. Employers and job seekers feedback
MODULE DESCRIPTION:
1. Job seeker Registration form

In this module we describe the job seeker details. The registration for job seekers have been divided into two parts. First part contain personal details and academic qualification about the job seeker and second part contains details about his past experience and professional skills. The job seeker can register in the consultancy according to his choice and these details are stored in the database in the form of a table. Job seeker can also post his resume in this form.
2. Employee login form
In this module we provide facilities for the employers to login. If they are already registered then the module asks for the signing in and if the user is not registered then the module asks for first registering and then login. This module also saves the password if the user wants the system to remember the password. .
3. Employer Registration form
In this module we describe the employer details. This form first asks login details asking email id and password and if they match with the consultancy database then only employer can continue with the registration and filling the succeeding details about the company and at last the contact details of the employrer asking the email contact and phone number with full addresss.
4. Employer searching the job seekers
In this module employer can search the job seeker who have registered already for the job in the consultancy. The consultancy system saves the information about the job seeker in its database when the job seeker registered. At the time when employer wants to seek the
Candidates they can search the consultancy database and check out the details of the job seekers. Then they can select the candidates according to their requirements based on the details filled by the job seeker and his academics and experience and qualifications.
5. Employers and job seekers password changing facility
The employers and job seekers who have registered both are provided with the facility of changing their password if they want. The module first asks the old password and then the new password which the user, whether employer or job seeker, wants to set and the module asks to re-enter the password for confirmation. Also if the user has forgot the password then he can set login by setting a new password.
6. Feedback
The job seeker or employer can post their feedbacks about their experience with the consultancy .This module asks about the experience about the consultancy . the user has three options to fill BAD, AVERAGE and GOOD. This feedback helps the consultancy in knowing the pits in their service and helps them to fill them up.
