the diamond chip or carbon chip is an electronic chip manufactured on a diamnd strutural carbon wafer... pure diamnd strutral carbon is non conducting in nature.. in order to make it cnducting we hav to perform doping proces.. when we use the diamnd chip, it wrks at high temptre that is the specialty of the diamond chip... and also faster than silicon chip.. so that the diamnd chip has larger power handling capacity... hope this helpful to you
