I am G.Kalita from Guwahati. My project is to develop network and system monitoring controller using Java. I am finding difficulties relating what are the modules I should implement. It will be better if I got a project report (source code isn't necessary) on this topic,so that I might have an idea how to proceed?

you can use JConsole or JMX to Monitor network and system Applications , i hope you can do by this referring following references
