The process of grinding and grinding the domestic product in powder form was focused and achieved in this project work taking into account some necessary modifications due to the limitation found in the previous design machine. With continuous improvement and advancement in the current days, technology has brought the invention and manufacture of various types and forms of machine. These machines require different types of energy for their operation and to produce useful work and does not waste time. Most of them are operated manually or electrically. Basically, the pepper grinder is a useful device to achieve the grinding of agricultural products such as pepper food and all kinds of grinding operations.
In this mill, the drive shaft is suitably supported with bearing to reduce support materials. The rear one is also manufactured in such a way that there is room for adequate lubrication. These suitable supports for the drive shaft help reduce friction forces and ensure a long service life of the machine. The materials used for the manufacture of this project are available and can withstand mechanically applied force or stresses.
