Design and Implementation of Wireless Real Time Industrial Security System

ABSTRACT:
In the present days the field of electronics has took lot of developments and the security services in the presence and the absence of manpower. The industrial security system is one of the developments made to control the process as well as to secure the industry automatically. The industrial security system comes under the class of emerging embedded technologies.
Industries call for power management whenever power fluctuates. So there is a need to protect the machinery from damages when the power fluctuations occur. And control of temperature is needed in the metal fabricating industries for quality products.
The industrial security system deals with all the above-mentioned problems and can effectively control them and letting the industry be in safe mode. It is an embedded project and has the micro controller as controlling processor. The voltage and current sensors will take care of the power fluctuations and will alert the micro controller in case of any fluctuations. And the temperature sensor maintains the heat at the specified level.
The wireless mechanism for monitoring industrial parameters facilitates user to monitor the parameters remotely. The wireless media can be RF or Zigbee
