ABSTRACT
This project work entitled "MANUFACTURE OF RAPID ELEVATION JACK WITH GEAR DEVICE" was conceived having studied the difficulty of lifting any type of light vehicles. survey on the look in several car garages revealed the facts that mostly some difficult methods were adopted in lifting the vehicles for reconditioning. Now the project has concentrated mainly on this difficulty, and therefore a suitable device has been designed. In such a way that the vehicle can be lifted off the ground without applying any impact force. The manufacturing part of it has been considered almost for its simplicity and economy, so that it can be accommodated as one of the essential tools in car garages.


INTRODUCTION
This fast jack lifting device with gear arrangement for auto garages has been developed for after the needs of small and medium car garages, which are normally man driven with very minimal expert work. In most garages vehicles are lifted using a screw jack. This requires high human power and expert work. In order to avoid all these disadvantages. This motorized hydraulic jack has been designed in such a way that it can be used to lift the vehicle very smoothly without any impact force. The operation becomes simple that even an unskilled labor can be handled, simply by demonstrating the operation of the motorized hydraulic jack once.

OPERATING PRINCIPLE:
MANUFACTURE OF QUICK ELEVATION JACK WITH GEAR ARRANGEMENT
The jack-lift is a device used to lift heavy loads by applying a much smaller force. The operating principle of a jack of rapid elevation can be explained with the aid of Fig. Consider an arrangement of two helical gears, which operate on two helical gears with different diameters.

Quick lift jacks and much more technological advancement like car brakes and dental work chairs. The wiper motor is used to rotate the helical gear arrangements. A helical gear is a gear that has very curved teeth. It is commonly found in manual transmissions. The helical gears mesh more smoothly than the straight gears and are much quieter during operation thanks to the curved teeth that maintain constant contact with each other while the gears rotate. The wiper motors are designed to operate at two speeds. The engine consists of three brushes namely; Common, low speed and high speed. Two of the brushes will be supplied for different operating modes. These wiper motors have more torque compared to other engines.
Because of this pair of helical springs begin to rotate. The arrangement of the jack will be fixed to the helical gear. The clockwise rotation of the wiper motor jack will rotate the upward movement and the anticlockwise rotation of the wiper motor jack will rotate downward.
