INTRODUCTION
.A Spring is a device that changes its shape in response to an external force,
.Returning to its original shape when the force is removed.
.The energy expended in deforming the spring is stored in it and can be recovered when the spring returns to its original shape .
.The amount of deformation is directly proportional to force exerted.

A spur gear is a gear whose teeth are perpendicular to the face of the gear.

It is used to give the steel wire continously to the shaft.

It is used to give the grip to the steel wire.
.CUTTER:
It is used to cut the wire.

WORKING PRINCIPLE
*By using the handle, rotate the shaft , then the motion will be transmitted from the shaft to driven gear.
*Driven gear transmitting the motion to the driving gear ,so that the shaft which, attached with the driving gear also rotated.
*The wire bundle which is used to supply the wire to the hollow cylinder box through the tension plates.
*Tension plates are used to give the grip to the steel wires by adjusting the nuts fixed at that top. So that the spring will be produced due to the rotation of handle ,
*Cut the spring by using the cutter to the required length.
