Density Based Traffic Light Control System
When we go through the daily newspapers we come across many road accidents occurring at unmanned road crossings. This is mainly due to the carelessness in manual operations or lack of workers. We, in this project has come up with a solution for the same. Using simple electronic components we have tried to automate the control of vehicles in the roads. As a vehicle approaches the signal point from either side, the sensors placed at a certain distance from the signal point detects the approaching vehicle and accordingly controls the operation of the vehicles in other roads…
There are many parts of a working ARPAS system. An ARPAS system usually includes signals (input and output), controller, ir pair, motor, lcd, etc…and software.
