When the user visits the site following sections would be visible to him

Our Society:
The society photo, address, location map would be shown along  with the facilities available in the society like swimming pool, gymnasium etc. The same page would also have the society committee members information.

News
This section would have the information about any news like member achievements, marriage invitations, event’s( diwali, holi ) news/photos.


Events/Announcements
It will contain the information about any events which are happening in the society and any announcements/notices to be given to the members

Birthdays
This section would show the today’s and coming 7 days birthdays of the members of the society if the members publish them.

Marriage anniversaries
This section would show the today’s and coming 7 days marriage anniversaries in the society.

Classifieds
The members of the society would like publish buy/sell of any equipments like vehicles, TV, summer classes, hobby classes etc. They may also like to rent their apartments. The nearby vendors like restaurants, retail shops can also publish their classifieds and hot offers.

Vendors
This sections would have the information about approved vendors like dhobi, kaamvali, plumber, motor mechanics.

There would also be facility to show the direction to the society address using google maps






2. User Services

Every member of the society would be provided with the username and password to login to the services section of the portal. The username would have the format of buildingname_flat number. When the user logs in he would be greeted and presented with following information and services links.

My information: This would have information about login member of the society like name, flat number, car parking number, phone numbers, marital status, family information along with photos, occupation, important dates ( family members birthday, marriage anniversary ). He would also have the facility about updating this information. If the flat is rented by him, then he fills in information about the family to whom flat is rented. This will also have an alert about any pending dues to the society.

My Tickets: This section would have the facility about raising the tickets in the category to carry out repair works in plumbing, Electrical etc. User would be able to check who/when would act on his job.

My Society members: This section would have addressbook like information ( name, email, phone number) of all the members of the society. Search by name, flat number etc. Upon clicking the member, he would be able to send message to him.

Classifieds: User would be able to see the offers made by the other members of the society, he would be able to send his interest to these offers. User would able be able to submit his classifieds advs .

Society: This section would have the access to society accounts, minutes of minutes, discussions with the builders. This section would also have the voting rights for the selection of the new members of the society committee.
Admin Section

The administrator is the site would be able to perform following section

 Master: This menu would have abilities to manage

Members: Member information like, Name, email, username, phones, building name, flat number.

Rental Members: Rental members information( name, occupation ) and to which primary member they are associated with.

Vendors: The ability to add vendors( internal/external ) with their contact information and photos, logos including their rates etc.

Workers: The ability to add workers information who works in the society.

Mails: The ability to add standard mails which would be sent to the members.

 Update: This menu would have abilities to update

Accounts: The accounts related documents in the portal.

News: The ability to add news with photos, description, start/end date.

Announcements: The ability to add any announcements, notices for the members with start/end dates.

Vendor classified: The ability to add hot offers from the external vendors.
