The rapid development of power electronics based on powerful new semiconductor devices has led to innovative technologies such as high voltage transmission (HVDC) and flexible transmission system (FACTS), which can be applied in transmission and distribution systems. This paper has discussed the application of high voltage powerelectronics FACTS and HVDC controllers, needs FACTS and HVDC forward-based control of future power system and improve system stability and development. HVDC and FACTS offer greater advantages in meeting these requirements.

The rapid development of energy systems generated by the increased demand for electricity initially in industrialized countries and subsequently in emerging countries led to different technical problems in systems, eg stability limitations and tension. However, innovations in Innovations' insemiconductor technology enabled the production of powerful propellers and later, new elements such as Gate Switches (GTO) and Bipolar Ion Transistors (IGBT). Development based on these semiconductor devices first established high voltage direct current (HVDC) transmission technology as an alternative to long-distance AC transmission. HVDCtechnology, in turn, has provided the basis for the development of flexible AC transmission systems (FACTS) that can solve transmission problems. As a result of deregulation, however, operational problems arise that create additional requirements for controlling the flow of cargo and the needs of ancillary services in the system. This paper summarizes the system development and application of powerelectronics, HVDC and FACTS equipment in power systems.
