Especially in the fast growing IT market technologies are changing fast, depending upon the fast growing technologies trend Organizations has to recruit the people. This process will make recruitment process very easy and fast.
The main objective of this solution is to make easy the recruitment process of any organization. This system is designed by keeping in mind both parties like Job providers and Job Seekers. System allows job seekers to register their details like skills and experience with the system, and then on the other hand even it allows job providers to post their requirements with the system. There will be a Administrator who will maintain the site info as well as the users.
1.3 Problem Definition:
The first step in the system development life cycle is to define the problem that lead to the user request. the problem must be stated clearly understood and agreed upon by the users and the system development. The initial investigation is one away of handling this. The objective is to determine whether the request is valid and fusible before recommendations is reached to do nothing improved or modify the existing system. The problem definition requires a clear understanding of the environment also.
1.3.1 Verification of user requirements
Related to problem definition is the verification of user requirements. There are three key strategies or general approaches for eliciting information regarding the user requirements.
Asking: -
This strategy obtains information from users simply asking them about the requirements. this method is used when t he system is stable one. There are three asking methods.
¢ Question:
Questions may be open ended or close. An open ended questions allows the respondent to formulated a response. Again a closed question request one answer from a specific set of responses.
¢ Brainstorming:
A guided approaches to brainstorming asks each participant to define ideal solutions and then select the best feasible one.
¢ Group Consensus:
Each participant fills a questionnaire. This result are summarized and given to participants along with the follow up questionnaire. Participants are invited to change there responses. The results are again summarized and fed back to the participants. This debates by questionnaire continuous until participantâ„¢s responses have converged enough.
Getting information from the existing system:
This strategy obtains information from the existing system. this strategy is called the data analysis approach. It usually asked the users what information currently received and what other information is required. The analysis examined and determined unfulfilled information needs by interviewing the user. This strategy is clearly linked to decision and organizational objectives.
Prototyping:
This strategy is used when the user canâ„¢t establish information need accurately before the information system is built. the reasons could be the lack of an existing model on which to base requirements or a difficultly visualizing candidate system.
From the study of existing documents of organizational recruitment procedure, a lot of information regarding userâ„¢s recruitment has been found.
1.3.2 Problem under consideration:
After verification of user requirements, it has been found that in the organization recruitment procedure there must be a very well and easy web based recruitment procedure.
1.3.3 Existing system and its limitations:
At present the general recruitment procedure of the organization system is time consuming. Recruiting employee manually is too much time consuming and economically not suitable. Therefore there must be a very fast and easy to use system needed to perform the organization recruitment system.
1.4 The proposed system:
The proposed system is online corporate recruitment system. Corporate Recruitment System CRS is web based tool to reduce communication gap between Job Seekers and Job Providers. Especially in the fast growing IT market technologies are changing fast, depending upon the fast growing technologies trend Organizations has to recruit the people. This process will make recruitment process very easy and fast. This system is designed by keeping in mind both parties like Job providers and Job Seekers. System allows job seekers to register their details like skills and experience with the system, and then on the other hand even it allows job providers to post their requirements with the system. There will be a Administrator who will maintain the site info as well as the users.

Feasibility analysis
2.1 Introduction:
Feasibility study or feasibility analysis is a vital step in the system development life cycle. The main aim of the feasibility study activity is to is to determine whether it would be financially and technically feasible to develop the product. The feasibility study activity involves the analysis of the problem and collection of all relevant information relating to the product such as the different data items which would be input to the system, the processing required to be carried out on these data, the output data required to be produced by the system, as well as various constrains on the behaviour of the system.
2.1.1 Objective of the study:
To study the existing system and suggest an appropriate computerized system that will help both the job seeker and job provider.
Effective way of providing communication between Job providers and job seekers

Structured Analysis
3.1 Introduction:
Structured analysis is a set of techniques graphical tools that allows us to develop a new kind of system specification that is easily understandable to the users. It is details step-by-step investigation of related procedures to see what must be done and to determine the best way of doing. More preciously, structure analysis is used to carry out the top down decomposition of the set of high level function depicted in the problem description and represent them graphically.
3.2 Tools for structured analysis:
¢ Context Diagram.
¢ Data flow diagram.
¢ Entity Relation Diagram (E-R-Diagram).
¢ Data Dictionary.
The selection of these tools may vary from project to project according to requirements.
3.2.1 Data flow diagram for the system:
Data flow diagram for the system is a simply graphical representation of the system which provides an overview of data a system process, what transformation of data are done what files are used and what rules are produced. It functionally decomposes the system specification to the lowest level of details.
Symbols used for DFDâ„¢s:
External entity. Process
Data store. Data flow.
Output
3.2.2 CONTEXT DIAGRAM:
Context diagram is constructed to show the heists-level model of a system. It is the General representation of the System pictorially showing the boundaries of the system.
