network congestion(congestion control in tree based multicasting) mini project....
this is mainly for sending packets to destination without delaying and lossing the packets at the middle of transaction.....Congestion mainly occurs if network busy.....If only one server is linked too many clients then all clients access the server at a time server will slow down.....
by using congestion control in tree based multicasting we can rectified the problem
