I am Narendra D. Kalal (Advocate), I from Ahmedabad city, Gujarat Sate, I want to be impanel in HDFC Bank.

I have completed my LLB in 2003, and doing independent practice till 2008, so please advise me what i do, for Impanelment.

Hdfc Bank has a rating of 0-1 out of 10 in terms of Disclosure of Charges and Interest Rates, Reliability, Complaint Resolution, Professionalism, Convenient Bank Hours, Trained Staff, Courteous and Friendly Staff, Faster in Branches, Knowing Customer and their needs, Internet banking, efficient processes, effective communication on developments, innovation and good telephone banking. The ratings found that the only HDFC bank on the scale stood out was Wide ATM coverage.

HDFC Bank offers a range of products and services that includes wholesale banking, retail banking, treasury, auto loans, two wheel loans, personal loans, property loans and credit cards.

The last entry in the league is 'Project AI', under which HDFC Bank, in the coming weeks, would deploy robots in select bank branches. These robots will offer options such as cash withdrawal or deposit, forex, fixed deposits and demat services that are displayed on the screen to people entering the branch.
