The project COLLEGE ACCOUNT PACKAGE aims at computerizing the day to day activities of an institution and there by providing secure and reliable storage/access of data. This system is for student’s fee billing, providing college with powerful features for institutions. Designed for ease of use and flexibility, the fee module will save your staff's enormous amount of time in data entry and financial record keeping, it efficiently tracks the details of your past and current fee receipts.
Specifically this application is proposed to: 1. managing the details of students and staff 2.managing the admission process 3.generating required reports.
It has been designed to be powerful, fast and fully customizable. It is so powerful and user friendly that on a single click you can track desired information about any student and staff. Save plenty of your staff's valuable time used in student record keeping and data entry.
This system has following functional divisions namely:
1. Staff:
This maintains the complete details of the staff like department, attendance and payroll.
2. Student:
This module computerizes the fee collection process and generates receipts ready hand also makes the staffs work easier while issuing bonafide and TC.
3. Admission:
This maintains the admission details of both student and staff, leaving student details.
4. Utilities:
This gives the facility of backup, change the financial year, financial year closing.
